Reschedule and Refund Policies

• You may reschedule a session with 48 hours notice up to 2 times without additional payment.  Additional reschedule requests will result in a new session fee.

• Failure to provide 48 hours notice or failure to arrive for an appointment will result in forfeiture of your appointment.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start of the appointment will be considered a failure to arrive. 

• Refunds are not available for session retainer fees.

• Refunds for images purchased are not available without first allowing attempts to correct and/or reshoot the image(s).
